📅 Age Cutoff Date
Age groups are calculated as of this date — not today's date. E.g. cutoff 31 Dec 2025: a child born 1 Jan 2021 is considered 4 yrs old → Under 5. Leave blank to use today.
🔐 Manage Passwords
Two roles exist:
• Super-Admin — full access (you)
• Conductor — limited access to Conduct + Prizes pages only
Share the conductor password with event volunteers. They can record winners and mark prizes given, but cannot edit participants, events, or settings.
⚠️ All currently signed-in users (including you) stay signed in. New password takes effect on next login.
📊 Export Reports
Download CSV reports of current participants and events (with winners). Open in Excel or Google Sheets.
⚠️ Reset All Data
Danger: This permanently deletes all participants and all events from the database. Settings (cutoff date, passwords) are preserved. Use this only at the end of an event when you want a clean slate for next time.
